These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NOVA APPS applications, websites, and related services (“Services”) provided by NOVA APPS TEKNOLOJI LIMITED SIRKETI (“NOVA APPS”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract and comply with applicable laws.
• You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it updated.

License & Acceptable Use

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the apps for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, interfere with, or abuse the Services. Do not infringe IP, violate others’ rights, or use the Services for unlawful activities.

Subscriptions, Purchases & Billing

• Paid features may be offered via in-app purchase or subscriptions through Apple App Store or other platforms.
• Prices and taxes are displayed at checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled per the platform’s policies and applicable law.

User Content

• You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Services.
• You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with laws and does not include prohibited material.

Third-Party Services & Links

Our apps may include third-party components or links. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, design, and trademarks, are owned by NOVA APPS or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted.

Beta Features

We may offer experimental or pre-release features. Beta features are provided “as is,” may change or be discontinued, and may be subject to additional terms.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NOVA APPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amounts you paid (if any) for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NOVA APPS and its affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or for security or legal reasons. Upon termination, the license granted to you will end.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts of Istanbul (Çağlayan) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Export & Sanctions

You must comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws. You may not use the Services if you are subject to sanctions or located in an embargoed jurisdiction.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Effective date” above and may notify you in the app or on our site. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective signifies acceptance.
